Lorna has worn many hats over the years! Starting out in the world of retail and shifting into being a member of several startup teams, she now has 8+ years of experience in the realm of Customer Success. After working as a Studio Manager for a portrait photographer, the Customer Service Manager for a product company appearing on Shark Tank, and many more dynamic positions, Lorna now has a long resume including client relationship management, operations, and copywriting. Her experience has brought her to national retail chains and high-touch boutique businesses, as well as product-based and service-based companies.

She is also an entrepreneur at heart. She has been the owner of her own portrait, micro-wedding, and branding photography business since 2014 (Lorna Stell Photo), and in 2020 opened a second business (Lorna Stell Intuitive) teaching her clients how to holistically heal from chronic illnesses for good. Through her entrepreneurial journey, Lorna has added even more skills to her repertoire including branding, marketing, and sales. She prides herself on having a balance of many right-brain and left-brain skills as well as being both big-picture and detail oriented.

Lorna has always had a passion for health, wellness, animals, nature, and creativity. While she now lives in Salem, MA, she has been vacationing in Maine every year since getting married in 2014 and it’s always a very welcome reprieve from city life. In her free time she enjoys a daily yoga practice, date nights and day trips with her husband, meditation, catsitting for friends, reading authors like Eckhart Tolle, soaking up comedy shows and podcasts, and exploring new creative projects.
